"As you were saying is Claire Best, Jessica Crowe and Melissa Deerson. We are a collective of three artists based in Melbourne. We gather quotes, overheard in public spaces. Taking these quotes out of context we use them as a basis for our artwork. We adhere to three rules: 1. Record only overheard conversation, not directed to you personally. 2.
